Michael and his team were prompt, professional and were very reasonably priced. We had a few requests that required some creative thinking, but they handled it with ease. I highly recommend their services if you need a reliable plumber.

We had a bad clog in the main drain line and Michael got it taken care of at a very fair price. Worked on it Froday evening but did not have the equipment needed on hand and came back first thing Saturday morning and got everything straightened out. I would highly recommend them.

I received a recommendation to use Bruce for a plumbing issue we were experiencing. When I called, he was very short and told me to call him back later. Understanding that he was probably busy on a job, I called him back a few hours later as he had requested. We spoke on Wed afternoon and he said someone would come on Friday- which would have been great. Friday afternoon came and went and I called Bruce to ask for an ETA, after waiting around, and he said he had forgotten and that no one would be able to come until early next week. When asking him for a more tentative schedule he said he would call first thing on Monday. Well, Monday came and went and no call/no show. Three times this guy blew me off- I would look elsewhere for someone who can schedule and remember to call when you're planning your day for a needed repair.
